I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the mail has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control. All lost or stolen mail requests need to be filed with your local Post Office.
International

International packages may take 1–4 weeks to be delivered. Your tracking number will provide the most up-to-date information on the location of your package.

Grading information:
Every pin is handmade and cannot be 100% flawless. I do not grade the back of the pin. All pins will be graded on the following scale:
A grade- These are the best of the best. There will be little to no defects. These may have small scratches or barely visible dents on the enamel. Overall. they will look great up close and at a distance.
B grade- These pins have more visible defects up close that are not visible at arm's length. This may include small scratches or texture on the printing, as well as dents/ dips/ scratches in the enamel.
C grade- These pins have visible defects up close that can be seen at arm’s length. These may include lots of scratches, bubbles, chips in the enamel, noticible dips/ dents, or print issues. C grades may also have minor facial flaws.
D grade- These pins have major flaws are very visible at a distance and negatively impact the overall quality of the pin. These may have missing print or enamel, over/ underfilled enamel, major facial flaws, gouges/ texture in the enamel, or very visible scratches/ dents. D grades will be sold for a discounted price.

Preorder policy:
All preorder sales are final. In the event that there are manufacturing or quality issues, refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis.
I cannot control the speed of my factory. Every pin is hand-made and cannot be 100% flawless.

I accept address changes if your address has changed during the preorder window. Please send all address changes and hold mail requests to me via email.
